ENRAPTURE SALON CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective August 1st, 2021
Our stylists are very busy and love to see their wonderful guest for the time they are scheduled. Enrapture Salon understands that sometimes life just happens, and things do not always go as planned.
No Show & 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
If you no show your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time you will be charged 50% of your reserved service at your next scheduled appointment.
If you frequently cancel or no show your appointment, we will require to have your credit card on file to book future appointments, and you may be subject “Day Of” appointment availability.
**By booking with Enrapture Salon you agree to these fees and charges should you no show or cancel within 24-hours**
